The Aims Of The Course The aim of the whole course is to help and support students in the process of modifying their language skills so that their speech gradually becomes more understandable to a native American-English speaker.

The target language being Standard American English (the language of radio and television in America ) we propose working on the 3 interrelated areas above mentioned:

Pronunciation theory and practice
2.
Intonation
theory and practice
3.
Fluency
Stress and rhythm
Paralinguistic features (loudness, tempo, etc)
Patterns of simplification (weak forms, elisions, linking, assimilations etc.)
Duration
3 hourWORKSHOP
15 hours for a week, 3 hours a day or distributed according to the client's possibilities or needs.
